Newly renovated flat located in a lovely and quiet area, facing Mabley Green at the front, River Lee at the back and 5 mins walk away from Victoria Park and Olympic Park. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and is equipped with new furniture including a large wardrobe. I am looking for a friendly and considerate lady who has similar interests and likes to enjoy what London has to offer. Also more importantly, someone who would treat the flat as a home and not just a stopping point. I will also consider someone who only needs the room on Mon to Fri basis with reduced rent.
