L’appartamento si compone di una cucina abitabile con balconcino, un ingresso con disimpegno, un bagno con vasca, doccia e lavatrice, due singole (una al momento occupata da una ragazza) e un terrazzo accessibile da entrambe le stanze affacciato sulla bella e viva Via del Pigneto, in area pedonale. Il quartiere è giovanile e pieno di piccoli bar e locali, bene illuminato la sera e a due passi dalla stazione Pigneto della metro C, dalla fermata degli autobus 105 e 50 e dai tram 14, 5 e 19, che permettono di arrivare alla stazione Termini in meno di 15 minuti. Very spacious and bright single room for rent in Via del Pigneto (Rome), for a minimun of 7 months (January to August 2019). The apartment is composed of a eat-in kitchen with a small balcony, entrance with bonus room, a bathroom with shower, tub and washing machine, two single rooms (one of them currently taken by a girl) and a balcony accessible from both of the rooms, overlooking the beautiful and lively Via del Pigneto, in a traffic-free area. The neighborhood is young and full of small bars and clubs, well-lit at night and right next to the subway C station “Pigneto”, the buses 105 & 50 stop and the trams 5, 14 & 19 stop, which make it possible to reach Termini tra****tion in less than 15 minutes.
