I am very sadly leaving my lovely house share in Peckham, so looking for a replacement for my roomies Max and Phoebe. My ensuite room is a great size, enough for a wardrobe, desk, big (and comfy) double bed, and whatever else you have to store! You will have your very own private bathroom and shower so the area feels really spacious. 

The house is 5 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham station and about 10 minutes walk to the big Morrisons and Peckham Rye station / Rye Lane. The Plex is also just 5 minutes walk away which is great for your 4.99 cinema tickets. We have also just had the whole place re-carpeted and a new floor in the kitchen. We have a great relationship with the landlord and there are no agent fees because we deal directly with each other.

Max has lived in the house for nearly 7 years, and knows the neighbours really well, they are great. We have a quiet old boy, called David on one side and ton the other a polite and quiet family. The area has changed a lot in that time too, with a load of bars and new places for good eatings but the road has remained quiet.

The lease ends in April 2019 but there is always the option to roll it over with no fees involved. It's what I have done for years.

Bills are about £100 a month, slightly less in summer.

Max is a recording guitarist for TV and also works three days a week as lead designer for a medical app and is editing a novel. Phoebe is a journalist and works 5 days a week from the office, and sometimes comes home with great freebies from events! We all read a lot so the books be a plenty in the house. We just bought a new giant TV too.. which is hooked up to Sky and netflix. 

We have a large sunny garden where we do summer barby's. The garden is well kept and we have fresh rhubarb too which has been harvested 3 times this summer!
