My mum and I are looking for a female roommate—someone clean, tidy, and respectful of the tranquility and privacy in the house. I’m a working student, so I’d appreciate a like-minded person who values a peaceful home environment.

The room is spacious and comes with a single bed, nightstand, large closet, desk, bookshelf, under-bed storage, and more.

The apartment is modern, spacious, and centrally located, just 10 minutes from Plaza Cataluña. It’s well-connected with public transport: • Bus: V13, V15 • Metro: Green Line • Train: Ferrocarril (Sant Gervasi & Muntaner)

There are several supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi, Día, Consum, etc.) as well as bars, restaurants, and other amenities just a few steps away.

You will have your own fridge in the kitchen and your own private bathroom. We are also close to Hospital Clínic, Diagonal, CAP Adrià, and Hospital Plató.

Important notes: • We have a cat, so no other pets are allowed. • Couples are not accepted.
