We're looking for a new roommate in a 3 bedroom apartment, with a big living room :D. The room will be available from November 1st.

The apartment has a big living room with a dining table. A separate kitchen, 1 bathroom (shower + toilette in the same room), washing machine, fridge, electric stove, storage, etc.

The room includes a double bed, a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a desk, a chair and a closet.

The apartment is located in the 7th district of Paris, in the 4th floor and the building has an elevator.

Transport: Metro line 8 (Ecole Militaire at 7 mins walking), Metro 13 and RER C (Invalides at 12 mins walking), Metro 9 (Alma Marceau 8 mins walking)

Rent is 930€ + 40€ of charges, caution/deposit is 900€. It's possible to do APL.
