I am sub-letting this lovely, modern and furnished en-suite room for the remainder of my license period (16 Oct 2018).

You would be living on the 9th floor (lots of sunlight) with a private bathroom and share a kitchenette with my current flatmate.

This room is part of a larger co-living building with access to shared co-working spaces, a sauna, a gym, many other amenities and daily events, such as Yoga classes, workout bootcamps and language courses.

Located near Willesden Junction and North Action, it's about 5 minutes walking to the Overground and Bakerloo Line and about 10 minutes to the Central Line which takes you to Oxford Circus in 15 minutes.

With a heavy heart, I'm leaving this great room and community since I will be moving in together with friends in South London.
