We have a nice, spacious double room available for rent from 21/05/2018 in our friendly flatshare. The current occupants are three professional males working in finance and hospitality.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.

The flat has 2 floors. On the ground-floor is the kitchen, a small toilet and the available bedroom. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and storage cupboards.

The monthly rent price includes all bills, broadband wi-fi and the cleaner every two weeks. A small fee of £50 for drawing the legal tenacy contract applies when the room is taken.

We just had ****lled the new Nest thermostat. How fancy is that?!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, plates, pans, cutlery and glasswear.

The local area couldn’t be better for public transport: - Less than 5 mins walk to Mile End tube station (Central, Distric, Hammersmith and City lines) - Boris bikes stand in front of the flat - 10 mins walk to Bow Road and Bow church (DLR) - Buses 25(24h), 205, 277(24h), 425, D7, D6 - 10 mins commute to City - 15 mins commute to Canary Warf - Queen Mary University within 7/8 mins walk from the flat
