La habitación cuesta 555€ al mes + gastos, con 350€ de fianza. El piso está recién reformado, es muy luminoso y todo exterior, en una urbanización con parking y muy bien comunicado (Parque de las Avenidas, Ventas y Diego de León). Tiene 3 habitaciones del mismo tamaño (cabe cama doble), un baño amplio, cocina totalmente equipada, un salón grande y trastero. ENG: The room is €555 per month + utilities, with a €350 security deposit. The apartment is newly renovated, very bright, and fully exterior, located in a residential complex with parking and great public transportation (Parque de las Avenidas, Ventas, and Diego de León subway stations). It has three bedrooms of equal size (fits a double bed), one spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a storage room.

Cuando entramos, el piso estaba vacío, así que hicimos una inversión en muebles y utensilios valorada ahora en 250€ por persona, que se pagarían a mi amiga que se va y que se podrían recuperar al final del contrato. La habitación está sin amueblar, pero existe la opción de quedarse con los muebles actuales. Tiene un armario empotrado grande. ENG: When we moved in, the apartment was unfurnished, so we made an investment in furniture and household ite****ow valued at €250 per person. This amount would be paid to my friend who’s moving out and could be recovered at the end of the lease. The room is unfurnished, but there’s the option to keep the current furniture. It also has a large built-in closet.
