My girlfriend and I are looking for someone to rent our spare double bedroom. We live in a two bedroom newly built luxurious flat just two minutes walk away from Stratford station!

The building comes with 24h concierge and underground bike shed, as well as a private roof terrace, gym and residents’ lounge (all on the 36th floor!)

Our flat is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen. We are ideally looking for a vegetarian or vegan flatmate as we don’t cook meat or fish.

We have two bathrooms, and you would have the main bathroom to yourself.

All bills (inc fibre optic internet) and a monthly cleaner are included in the rent.

The room is available until the end of August, with a potential to extend.
