It's with great sadness that I am leaving this flat. You live in a beautiful, clean building, in a bright and big flat. The room is mid-sized but also has it's own shower room and balcony (that overlooks the private garden & the park). The flat is located 3-4 minutes walk from Maida Vale Station (Bakerloo line) & you can walk to Notting Hill & Paddington in 20 minutes.

The flat mates are lovely, two of them are from Australia & one from Scotland. We all get along great, and don't mind having a drink or two together now and then, but we also respect that this isn't a party house, but a nice & relaxing flat to come home to after work.

Bills: Internet: £11 per month per person TV licence: £9 every 3 months, per person Council tax: £25 each month, per person Water: £11 per month, per person Gas & electriciy varies, we pay every 3 months. The highest is £90 for 3 months (during the winter).

Please also note there is an admin fee of £180 to secure the flat.
