You'd have the whole space to yourself and will share a bathroom and spacious kitchen with 2 others.

We are a bilingual house, so some Spanish is preferred but not required.

The room will be rented for 6 months with the option to renew for another 6 months if desired. No minimum stay is required, but we ask that 1 month of notice is given if you intend to leave.

500€/mo, expenses not included.

450€ deposit required.
