This one-person double room (5th floor) is fully furnished with a bed, desks, clothing rack and a drinks fridge. I have chosen a minimalist monochrome aesthetic which is echoed in the whole apartment that I hope you will appreciate.
All bills are inclusive and you'll have access to all common utilities - notables include fridge freezer, electric cooker w/ oven, washing machine and a fancy shamncy electric clothes dryer. Oh and as a millennial, most importantly you'll have fast 200mb fibre optic broadband, Prime delivery & video, and Netflix. I know I know, best landlord ever right.
Love the great outdoors? Heck, even if you don’t, you will have access to the balcony! A good spot to chill out and do some people watching.
If you happen to be a cyclist I also have a external secure bike locker because carrying up a bike is for a mere mortal and you’ll be living with a Landlord (see what I did there).
Speaking of travel, due to the location going through regeneration there are a host of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as strong transport links to the rest of London: Rail, DLR, buses, taxis, Thames cycle path are a stone's throw away.
A 2 minute walk down the road to the Woolwich Arsenal means just: 10 mins to London City Airport 30 mins to Bank 25 mins to Stratford 25 mins to London Bridge
With the forthcoming Crossrail Woolwich will be even more uber-connected, well, if uber-connected was a word.

Rent is £135 paid weekly. The deposit is part security deposit and a month’s worth of advanced rent payment.
You would need to be willing to sign an tenancy agreement (the terms of which can be reviewed beforehand) and to reduce the chances of me living with an axe murder or fraudster (don't pretend like you don't have the same weird thoughts) those with recent bank statements/ pay slips/ scanned passport copy/ employer references are preferred.
