La habitación cuenta con cama de matrimonio, armario de doble puerta, escritorio y un butacón. Tiene ****lado aire acondicionado en la misma habitación.

La casa dispone de wifi, smart tv, microondas, horno, aire acondicionado en el salón, 2 cocinas, 2 baños y un aséo.

Clasificación energética A+. Electrodomésticos de calidad y nuevos.

El precio es de 350€/mes gastos no incluidos (20 euros aproximadamente al mes)

Hi all!

I have an incredible available accomodation, literally 5 minutes walking from the city center (Onzibay, la merced, Larios) with supermakerts and all shops around.

The home is huge and it has natural ilumination all day. The enviroment is nice and there are already 3 tenants (girls) on the house, but boys are also allowed.

You will enjoy beautifull sights from the terraze of the 8th floor (with elevator).

It’s a double bedroom with a big wardrobe. You also have your own desk and a one-person caught

You will have WiFi, smart tv, microwave, an oven, air conditioner (also in the living room) wash machine, oven, air conditioner on the living room, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a wc.

(You will share your bathroom and your kitchen with another tenant)

The rent is 350€ per month bills not included (20 euros maximun per month).
