Description

We’re looking for a third housemate! Either a guy or girl. We live in a modern, 3 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with high ceilings, and a Large kitchen with a dining table in it.

We’re two hard working and outgoing guys, who like a clean and well kept house, and are both in full employment. We like to go out in central London (a 15min train journey and short drive away) every now and then, but also enjoy spending time at home, chilling and watching films in the large living room, cooking, listening to music or going out locally. We would ideally like someone who’s happy to hang out with us, but also absolutely understand your privacy. We see this as home and want you to as well!

There’s a cosy pub at the one end of the road, a handful of bars and restaurants on the other , and Crystal Palace Park is a 30 second walk away, perfect for spring/ summer trips, we also have a huge garden (which needs some love) but that hasn’t stopped us barbecuing in the hotter weather.
