I am looking to rent out my 1 bedroom apartment to a girl. It's honestly the perfect flat for a girl who's wanting a quieter place and wanting to live alone.

This isn't an apartment for someone who wants to party, or be in the hustle and bustle of the city. I will not accept couples. This building is all one people apartments because it is too small for couples.

As for the apartment, it's got a decently big balcony where i did a lot of gardening in the summer. its got a big bathtub for those self care nights. a full kitchen with oven and washing machine. the area is close to putxet park which is super green and taken care of only 5 minutes away. You have hiking mountains just 25 minutes away. the neighbour hood feels really safe walking home alone at night. near putxet fgc stop. only five stop to plaza catalunya. a quick 15 minute walk to gracia. It's not in the city center but also doesn't feel far away, you've got all the shops and parks and cafes around you and various modes of transport to bring you wherever. very naturally lit apartment with huge windows and a lot of charm.

It’s winter and I have a heater but note the bills are based on you not leaving the heater on all day. Bill are normally around 100€ a month, so 950 in total. If the bills go over 100€ due to over using the heater or the hot water etc…this will be taken from your deposit.
