Hi! We’re looking for someone to join our flat in Torrefiel, Valencia 🏡

The room faces outside and gets plenty of natural light. It comes with a double bed, a bedside table and a large wardrobe, so there’s plenty of space for your things.

You’d be sharing with one guy and one girl. We’re a young household with a relaxed, calm atmosphere — a comfortable place to study, unwind and feel at home. We’d love to find a student or young professional who’s considerate and helps keep the shared spaces clean.

The flat has air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer. Pets are welcome too 🐾

There are several transport connections nearby: • Buses 6, 26 and 60 to the city centre. • Bus C3 to the Blasco Ibáñez university area. • Tram line 4 from Sagunt to UPV and Tarongers, with metro connections at Benimaclet.

💶 €500/month, including water, electricity and Wi-Fi. One month’s deposit (€500) when you move in. The room is for one person only — no couples.
