Room available to rent from 7 JULY 2025! ChicRoomBarcelona offers a fantastic and private property with 10 decorated rooms in the city center of Barcelona. Apartament is located on the Balmes street with easy access to Plaza Catalunya and other Barcelona main attractions. That space is designed only for female students or professionals who wish to spend their time with people of the same age. Each room has a woman taste. Name of this room was given in the honor of Billie Jean King, inspirational women. Decoration in that room has been made according to her taste, colors, etc. In this room heating, AC, bed linen, towels, bathrobe and slippers are provided. Room is adapted to your needs, you will find nice double bed, night table/desk with a lamp for your own use, chest of drawers, wardrobe, big mirror, all to make you feel like at home. With this you will have access to the terrace. In the common areas you will find a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher for your own use. Cleaning of common areas is included, two days a week. If you need, we also offer cleaning of the room and change of sheets and towels. The minimum contract is 3 months. Room rent is 875€, Extras: the utilities costs are 50€ per room/month. Half a month guarantee deposit (refundable at the end of the stay), the agency fee of 250€ + Vat (with minimum stay of 3 months), or half a month + Vat (for a 6 months stay) are requested.
