The room is located on the 3rd floor with magnificent views of Carrer de Blai, lots of light and windows, a balcony in the living room for all tenants, a great kitchen, and a very relaxed vibe, with perhaps the best bathroom in town. Did I mention it was recently fully renovated? Well yes, this is your opportunity to move!

What do we want from you? We want a clean and orderly person, preferably working full time or studying a master/Ph.D., with references we can check and looking to stay long term. We have a full process to audit our tenants and to ensure the information provided is accurate, so be prepared for a screening like a job interview. We focus on keeping our other tenants safe so we ought to check newcomers the best we can. Home is a place to relax and feel safe, help us keep it that way :)

The listed price includes the room and 60 euros a month for the services (energy, water, internet). There is a contract to be signed and you can register your address in Catalunya using our contract. Extra points if you use the word Dark Vader in your first message.
