La habitación tiene cama de matrimonio, comoda grande, mesita de noche y espejo, un armario , ventana exterior y cabe un escritorio.

El piso esta reformado, tiene 2 baños, salon, cocina y un balcón muy luminoso que da a la parte tranquila del edificio.

Buscamos a una persona amable, tranquila, limpia y responsable, alguien que también le guste pasar el tiempo juntos, pero también respecta privacidad de cada uno.

El precio mensual es 650 Euros, todos gastos incluidos- baño privado .

Hello hello! We are looking for a a friendly roommate for our flat from the 1st of July. Our values are easy, considerate, calm and clean, we keep it cozy and friendly to be with, looking for another person like us; ) The flat is located in Poblenou, close to the metro station Poblenou, easy to get around on foot. Supermarkets like Mercadona, condis, eko shops around within the same block, 5min walking from the beach, Gloríes and diagonal mar . The flat is located on quiet side of the building with a bright balcony. The room has double bed, wardrobe, night table and a mirror, the flat has 2 bathrooms. You would be sharing the flat with 2 person. we are in the age 31-37, all of us works full time. In the flat we speak English and Spanish. We are looking for you that likes to share time together and also busy at the same time just as us.
