Hello together,

We looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment, preferably 5-6 month (minimum) maybe longer.

The apartment is close to the Parc de la Ciutadella and only 5 Min to the Barceloneta beach, nice located. Metro and supermarkets are also very close (3min). Facing south side with a lot of day light and in a side street.

The sharing is harmony and a family vibe. It means we take care of each other and sometimes doing stuff together, sharing caring, with a natural easy flow. It's def not a purpose-built shared flat.

Everything in balance and most of the time its quite and relaxed at home. Of course each of us can invite friends but all in communication. Communication is the key.

The place is fully furnished and equipped, a balcony around the whole flat. Also the dinner room. Just the guest room has only a window to the washing room. 5 rooms in total and 3 people living permanently there. Guest, storage room can be used from friends for a visit occasionally.

At the moment we are Gina, Julian and Maurice. And Maurice will be moving out in the end of May.
