NEW bed - PINK 🌸cover bed-bedroom. From SEPTEMBER 1est- long stay mínimum 6 months

Rent: €550 + separate utility costs (water, electricity, gas, internet) €70.-

Enter: Deposit: One month + current month’s rent.

You’ll have fresh bed linens and towels Kitchen is fully equipped.

Who We’re Looking For: This space is ideal for a responsible, conscientious clean, and tidy 1 person. Preferably a daytime early riser who values a quiet nighttime environment.

We all have our work and responsibilities, so we need a peaceful space to rest at night

🌸House Rules: If you cook, please leave everything clean and tidy. We share the shower, so let's keep it clean for the next person, I’ll do my part, and I hope you will too! 🤩

IMPORTANT: NO drugs or excessive alcohol. A few beers or a glass of wine is fine, but let’s keep it moderate! 🍷

We want to live with someone who is kind, respectful, and empathetic. A friendly greeting goes a long way in making our home a calm and welcoming space!

Cleaning Duties: Cleaning responsibilities will be shared.

Payment Details:Rent is due between the 1st and 2nd of each month.

Shared Spaces: You are welcome to use the living-dining room and kitchen from early morning until 8:30 PM. This helps maintain a peaceful environment during the night, so no late-night studying-working or phone calls, please.🙏🏼

📍Location: Located just 3 minutes from Arc de Triomf, 1 minute from several parks, and 5-6 minutes from the beach. All transport options, sports centers, supermarkets, and essential services are nearby.

NO parties allowed in this house. Transportation:

Arc de Triomf (L1), Marina (L1), Monumental (L2) metro stations, and various bus routes nearby 6, N9, V21, etc Barcelona Nord bus station is also close.

Just 100 meters away, you’ll find two Bicing 🚲stations and supermarkets like Mercadona, Lidl, Sorli, and Carrefour, as well as banks, gyms, 🏊🏼‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️pharmacies, and health centers
