It is a wonderful room with a big window. There is lots of sunlight coming through the window at a daytime. All the furniture is new, and the bed has a new memory foam mattress. Our apartment is not big (we do not have a common area), but it is clean and has everything you need. We have got a new washing machine and a new fridge. The apartment was renovated a year and a half ago.
