– We are looking for an amazing flatmate to take over my room in this nice shared flat. I´m going back to France at end of March. I tell you honestly that you won't regret staying here. We are like a small family, spending our time together like eating together and watching movies in our huge living room. Moreover we went on trips and parties, did sports together and listened to music. But we also respect peoples privacy, so if you want to stay in your room or chill alone no one will be upset.

ABOUT YOU!: you are preferably - a boy to keep the balance 2 boys / 2 girls - someone with a stable income or in case that you are a student you need to prove that you have financial guarantees.

ABOUT THE ROOMS: - When you leave the person who enters pays you the deposit so the owner doesn't have to transfer money all the time. The deposit would be 600€, the same amount as one month rent Aritz is in charge of the money transfers to the flat owner as well as every bills - around 25€ charges/month – Therefore you would pay the rent and your part of the bills to Aritz. In case you wanna leave the flat, you can do so, just be aware that you would be in charge to look for a new flatmate. That’s actually a real good system and everyone in this flat is glad to be able to choose his flatmates (and that it’s not organised by any agency)

The bedroom is really big, around 17m2, you have everything you need, a large wardrobe, a desk and a queen size bed. The room is really quiet, nothing will disturb you during the night.

ABOUT THE FLAT: - 4 bedrooms flat - 1 big bathroom - 1 giant living room/ dining room (with transformable couch if you have a guest to stay) - 1 kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine - 1 small veranda/sunroom - central heating and air conditioning

CLEANING: - every week someone is in charge to clean all the common areas. That means that once a month it is your turn. But if you feel lazy you can call a cleaner for 20€. - you clean after yourself after cooking, etc... But everyone is quite easy in this flat.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES: - Aritz, 31 years old, engineer, the Spanish one (from Basque Country).
