We are 3 students (two Germans one Spaniard) and are looking for a nice, clean living roommate (preferably Spanish speaking student at the age 18-26), that likes to go out every now and then.

The apartment is very big. The furniture in the rooms and in the kitchen is pretty old, but the bathroom is quite modern and the kitchen is well equipped. Also the space and the location are unbeatable.

There is a deposit of 400 that each one has to pay and the contract is from now until the end of January, but with the option to extend the stay.
