Very nice apartement with a very pleasant breeze, spacious terrace with light and sun all day long, quiet residential area, with a lot of cute bars and friendly People. There is a metro stop one block from the house and another one at the end of Rocafort. Supermarkets ( Mercado, LDel, Dia, Sorli, Atmeller) are one block away and a few gyms as well. Many Banks are close as well ( CAIXA, BBVA, SABADEL, SANTANDER and more). Couples and teleworkers are not accepted.

Apartamento muy agradable con una brisa muy agradable, amplia terraza con luz y sol todo el día, zona residencial tranquila, con muchos bares bonitos y gente amable. Hay una parada de metro a una calle del piso y otra al final de Rocafort. Los supermercados (Mercado, LDel, Dia, Sorli, Atmeller) están a una calle de distancia y algunos gimnasios también. Muchos bancos también están cerca (CAIXA, BBVA, SABADEL, SANTANDER y ****o teletrabajo. No parejas
