Very well conected just a few meters from Joanic subway station L4 and V19 bus stop just outside the door.

just about 15 min walk to park güell!

Secure building with elevator, the apt is on the second floor very spacious, has 3 bedrooms and a smaller room to keep our bikes and dryer machine (trastero).

The room is interior ,fully furnished with a full size bed, closet, a desk + night stand

We are a couple both MBA students, we have pets (cats) so it's very important to consider this because they are our babies and priority over any temporal guest

The bathroom is shared although most of the time our schedules doesn't conflict.

common areas like dining room, living room, kitchen , are kept clean by everyone cooperatively, we all have a strict schedule of tasks to ensure we all enjoy a nice tidy environmeny

the booking is made on a month by month basis to see if we get along or not, if you need less time sends us a message we might be able to work on it.

We dont allow guest overnight nor visits from abroad

1 person 1 room is the deal

No couples

Smoking is strictly forbiden

No parties allowed

No loud music on weekdays after 11pm
