A la hora de alquilar la habitación es obligatorio firmar un contrato ante notario el cual el arrendado debe acarrear con el gasto"100€".Tanto los huéspedes como el propietario deben estar en perfectas condiciones ante la ley ya que cualquier problema puede intervenir los organismos oficiales competentes.

Las habitaciones se alquilan por un período máximo de 3 meses y se amplian o no según educación y respeto.

Los propios huéspedes cumplan con las normas de higiene y limpieza cada día.

Hay muy buen ambiente y muy buena gente en el piso.

El piso consta de 3 Yorkshire Terrier. Padre,madre e hija y son muy buenos y cariñosos.
