Tiene un aseo particular para la habitación y es único en la casa. Consta de un colchón viscoelástico y canapé "de matrimonio" mesilla de noche con su lamparita,luz de techo con ventilador ya que al ser un primero la casa es muy fresca en verano y muy calentita en invierno "con la calefacción central" ya que por debajo de casa pasan las calderas y hay zonas del suelo que está caliente.La ventana da a uno de los patios. El baño compartido también es nueva obra y consta de un plato de ducha de 2m y demás enseres propios del baño.El plato está a ras del suelo y no tiene ni escalón ni nada. La sala de estar es muy amplia y consta de un sofá L de 2,30m,mesa de plancha y plancha,mesa de caoba para 8 comensales y por último la cocina independiente. Consta de todos los electrodomésticos que necesita. Habitación para estudiantes. No admito menores. De 18 a 40 años ya que queremos un ambiente que los propios huespedes puedan congeniar y crear un buen ambiente.

A la entrada al piso hay que firmar un contrato de alquiler ante un notario el cual debe acarrear con los gastos el arrendado "100€"

450€ "Mensualidad" 100€ "1 solo pago contrato" TOTAL 1°Mes=550€ 450€/mes.Pago por adelantado entre el 30 y el 3 de cada més

El contrato se firma si o sí ya que la legalidad de los huéspedes debe ser respetada al igual que la del propietario. La limpieza e higiene del baño y cocina se debe llevar sin reparo y sin discusiones.

El piso consta con Licencia de alquiler concedida por La Comunidad de Madrid. El piso consta de 3 Yorkshire Terrier. Padre,madre e hija y son muy buenos y cariñosos.
