Las normas son educación y respeto en lo cual entra la higiene,limpieza,orden y buen trato hacia los demás.

El tema de la limpieza e higiene en los baños y cocina debe llevarse en el momento de ser utilizados sin discusiones.

Al alquilar la habitación es obligatorio firmar un contrato ante notario el cual debe acarrear el arrendado. El coste son 100€ y para estar totalmente legales tanto el arrendado como el propietario para que organismos oficiales tengan constancia del alquiler.

400€/Alquiler 100€/Contrato 500€/ 1° Mes 400€/Mes El alquiler se abonará entre los dias 28 y 3 de cada mes. El contrato se ampliará si el/los huéspedes cumplen las nosrmas de educación y respeto como la higiene de la habitación,el piso "baño,cocina y zonas comunes" y el buen comportamiento y respeto con los demás.

El piso consta de 3 Yorkshire Terrier.Padre,madre e hija y son muy buenos.

No acepto a menores.
