Hi everyone! We are looking for a new flatmate for our huge flat, located in the center of Gràcia.

The apartment is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, so you will share it with two other people. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. The flat is extremely central (5 min walking to FGC station and Fontana metro) but very quiet as all the rooms are facing the inner courtyard.

Besides the furniture in the room, there is a big closet in a separate room for you. The bathroom is shared only with one more person and you also have a second, separate toilet.

I loved the place a lot but need to move out as I’m going back to Germany. My other roommate is also moving out at the same time, which means that there is a second room opening up in the same flat (see my other listing: www.********.com

You will live together with Luciana (30 years old from Brazil) who is looking for easy-going, but clean flatmates.

Rent: 572€/month (including all bills and Internet)

Deposit: 833€ (for flat) + 150€ (for furniture) = 983€, which you will get back when you move out

Agency Fee: There is a one-time agency fee for changing the contract of around 300€
