Bright Double Bedroom in a Brand-New Flat, Heart of Eixample

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our bright, brand-new apartment (less than a year old) on a lovely pedestrian street in the heart of Eixample.

The room is a spacious, sunny double bedroom. The flat has three bedrooms in total, and you’d be sharing it with the two of us, both aged 24–25 and working professionals with stable schedules.

What matters to us: we keep the flat clean and tidy, we believe in open communication and mutual respect, and of course we like to have fun and enjoy living together. We’re ideally looking for someone who also works, so our routines line up well.
