Cozy furnished bedroom available in a spacious and lovely flat in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, just one block from La Rambla. The room overlooks a shared small patio and also has easy access to the large furnished back patio, with seating for six, and a charming floral arbor adorned with lights. Full access to a large kitchen, a sleek dining room with seating for nine, and a shared bathroom are also included.

This apartment is centrally located near Placa Catalunya, a principal public transportation hub with bus and metro connections to the entire city. It is just one block from the very popular La Rambla. Many nice shops and restaurants surround it.

Presently, two professional men (ages 25 - 40) rent the other two rooms in the flat. Occasional visitors are allowed.

I live in my private (closed-off) wing of the apartment. I am an open-minded, tolerant, easy-going remote professional from Southern California. Languages spoken: English, French, & Spanish. A cleaning lady comes 3 times per week to clean the common areas, so the flat is always in good shape. All utilities, including electricity, water, and gas, high-speed wi-fi, and weekly cleaning of common areas are all included in the rental price, as well as a few basic supplies (kitchen paper towels, kitchen dish soap, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, toilet paper, and bathroom hand soap). There is a washer and a dryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Renters live very comfortably here, often staying long term.
