Habitación en el Raval muy bien situada cerca del metro L2 (Sant Antoni, Universitat), L3 (Liceu) y L1 (Catalunya, Universitat). Hay un Dia, un Aldi, una panadería (365, Marie Blachère), la biblioteca Sant Creu, una copistería y buenos restaurantes a poca distancia del edificio.

Compartirás el apartamento con una sola persona, 64 m* con un pequeño balcón interior en el salón. El edificio es tranquilo y no hay contaminación acústica en el apartamento. Una señora de la limpieza viene a limpiar las zonas comunes dos veces al mes (incluido en el alquiler). Si se rompe algo en el apartamento, debemos repararlo por nuestra cuenta, ya que la agencia no cubre ningún gasto. El depósito de 600€ debe pagarse a la persona que deja la habitación, ya que el actual está bloqueado por la agencia en este momento.

Busco a alguien preferiblemente tranquilo y no fumador (yo dejé de fumar hace 3 meses), este no es un piso para fiestas, nos respetamos mutuamente y lo mantenemos tranquilo y agradable. ¡LGBTQ+, artistas, músicos y amantes del cine son bienvenidos!

Room in Raval very well located close to metro L2 (Sant Antoni, Universitat) , L3 (Liceu) & L1 (Catalunya, Universitat). There is Dia, Aldi, Bakery (365, Marie Blachère), Sant Creu Biblioteca, copy shop and nice restaurants within walking distance from the building.

You will be sharing the apartment with only one person, 64 m* with a small interior balcony in the living room. The building is quiet and there is no noise pollution in the apartment. Cleaning lady coming to clean common areas twice a month (included in your rent). If anything breaks in the apartment we must repair it to our cost since agency doesn't cover any fees. The €600 deposit needs to be paid to the person that is leaving the room as the actual one is locked with the agency at the moment.

I'm looking for someone preferably chill and non-smoker (I quit 3 months ago), this is not a party flat, we respect each other and keep it cool and nice. LGBTQ+, Artist friendly, musicians and cinema lovers welcome!
