Hello!! I am renting a recently renewed well equipped apartment in the heart of Barcelona. The apartment has all the amenities you might need, air conditioning (hot and cold), heater, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, filtered water from the tap (Osmosys), etc.. It is located in the center of BCN, very well connected with busses and metro, dozens of bus lines and 3 metro stations (Drassanes, Liceu and Paralel) within 5 to 8 minutes walking). 5 Minutes from the Iconic Ramblas de Barcelona, 10 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and the port and 15 min from the beaches. It gets lots of sun thru the 2 balconies. Cleaning twice a month + internet and alarm system are included in the price. Im happy to provide information about the city with a personal guide based on 15 years of leaving in BCN. Hola!! Alquilo un piso recién reformado y bien equipado en el corazón de Barcelona. El piso dispone de todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar, aire acondicionado (frío y calor), calefacción, lavadora, lavavajillas, cafetera, agua filtrada del grifo (Osmosys), etc. Está situado en el centro de BCN, muy bien comunicado con autobuses y metro, decenas de líneas de autobús y 3 estaciones de metro (Drassanes, Liceu y Paralel) a 5 u 8 minutos caminando). A 5 Minutos de las Icónicas Ramblas de Barcelona, 10 minutos de la Plaza Catalunya y el puerto y 15 min de las playas. Recibe mucho sol a través de los 2 balcones que tiene. Limpieza dos veces al mes + Internet y alarma están incluidos en el precio. Me complace brindarle información sobre la ciudad con una guía personal basada en 15 años de estancia en BCN.
