We are living in a cozy flat with a big terrace full of plants. The apartment is so bright and full of light. It is in Sants neighborhood. You can find around us all kind of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, metro and bus stations. The L5 is 1 min walk and L1 is 11 mins walk. The flat is fully equipped and furnished and with a lot of spaces to storage. We are renting a doble room with huge built-in closet for one person for 4 month with posibilty to extend. Girls only. We are looking for someone tidy and clean with good vibes who wants to share this space with us. We would like a working person (not a home worker), preferably not undergraduate students. Couples, Smokers and Pets are not allowed. The rental price is 570 plus one month deposit. Bills are not included. Will be divided by 3 of us. The range of bills is between 30-50 per month.
