En casa vive una perrita muy cariñosa, así que es importante que te gusten los animales y no tengas alergias.

The room is fully furnished with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, a large wardrobe, a work desk, and nightstands. It also features an electronic lock for added security. You’ll have a private bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, and bidet.

The apartment is quiet and has a pleasant, harmonious atmosphere. It includes a large terrace with a barbecue—perfect for enjoying the outdoors. It’s well located, just a few minutes from the metro and bus stops, and only 15 minutes from downtown Barcelona.

A very affectionate dog lives in the apartment, so it’s essential that you love animals and don’t have allergies.

We’re looking for someone calm, clean, respectful, and who values good coexistence. Couples are not accepted.
