El lugar está a 15 minutos andando del Passeig de Gracia al igual que de la Sagrada Familia.

 Las estaciones de metro más cercanas son la L2 (Tetuán o Monumental), L4 (Girona), y tenemos varias paradas de autobús en la parte trasera del edificio (en la Gran Vía de Les Cortes Catalanes) como las números 6, 7 y H12.

 Incluido en el alquiler:

 - Todas las facturas (Gas/Electricidad/Agua/internet)

 - Filtro de agua osmótico (no necesitarás comprar agua potable en botellas)

 - limpieza de zonas comunes una vez por semana.

Therefore, the maximum number of people in the apartment is 4. The place is 15 minutes walking distance from Passeig de Gracia as it is from Sagrada Familia. 

The nearest metro stations are the L2 (Tetuan or Monumental), L4 (Girona), and we have several bus stops at the back of the building (on Gran Vía de Les Cortes Catalanes) like the numbers 6, 7, and H12.

- Osmotic water filter (you will not need    to buy drinking water in bottles)

- cleaning of common areas once a week .

🐕 I have a little dog at home. Therefore, we cannot admit other pets.
