I’m renting out the livingroom of an appartmen that is 54 sq meters. You can choose to sleep on the sofa that is super comfortable, or there is also possibilities to put in an extra bed. The livingroom will sometimes be used as a shared room but im not that much home so not very often.

The area is super calm and lovely in Fontenay Sous Bois RER A. 10 min from Chatelet. Close to all amenities. Carrefour, naturalia, franprix, restaurants etc. There is also a big forest if you prefer some nature around you.

Me I’m studying hip hop dance and french. So for my french people i do speak french no problem! I do prefer students, but other routines are welcome too. If you are artistic in some kinda way its also a plus! All equipment for the kitchen is already there, there is the possibilty to wash your clothes etc.

All charges are included and there is no need for a guarantist and depositum.
