I am a 41 yr old respectful, personable and trustworthy male looking for a new roommate. A little more about myself:  I work in the Hospitality field and I am usually at work evenings and/or nights and weekends.  I am understanding, flexible and easy to get along with.  Details of the apartment:

-Located in Woodside, Queens on 59th Street a few blocks off Queens Boulevard.  Walking distance to the Q 60 Bus, 7 Train and taxi service.  Notable retailers in the area are Staples, KFC, Convenience stores, Key food supermarket, Riteaid and Big Six Fitness/gym.  It is on the 2nd floor of a two family private house.  A family lives on the ground floor.   The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a dining and living room (available for use when I am not home).  There is also a backyardavailable for use (must be considerate and respectful of tenants and neighbors) and a washer and dryer in the basement.  Open to any gender and age.  Smokers Ok. 420 friendlyNO PETS.  Must be willing to show 1 month of work pay history.  Move in available A.S.A.P.

$1000 total per month which includes wifi, gas and electric.
