Hi, I am renting out a nice sunny room with a double bed and wardrobe. It has a lot of light and private access to the balcony. The apartment is very large with a big living room, terrace, american kitchen and very well equipped. There are two bathrooms so it is very convenient to share the place. Very central location and gorgeous views. The apartment will be shared with me, 32 years old, russian by origin working with international firm in Paris and travelling the world. I am looking for a quiet reliable person who enjoys life, beauty and can maintain our relationship and the place in good order.
