Looking for a girl to take my place in a 3 bed flat in Balham. Sociable house, living with 2 British guys. Our weeks involve playing sport, getting out and about, having a few drinks, watching football (them not me) but also just chilling at home on the couch. Then lots of good coffee and cooked brunch on the weekends. I've been there 18 months and had the best time, but now sadly going back to Aus and looking for someone to keep the house going without me.

It's a 5 minute walk from tube station, huge Sainsburys, and loads of cafes and bars. Smallish double room £654 per month not including bills. Move in date is 29th March, lease is until Jan 2019 👍🏼
