Plaza Cataluña 5 minutes walk.

The room: - It overlooks the super quiet interior light patio, you can even hear the little birds! - Includes a set of bedding, pillows, towel and hair dryer. - Very comfortable double bed. - Beautiful modernist wooden table, antique wardrobe and coat rack.

Home : It is a huge modernist apartment, which preserves characteristic elements, such as hydraulic mosaic floors, stained glass windows, classic kitchen, marble bathtub... The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and we prioritize everyone's respect and rest.

The rental includes: - Expenses included up to €50 per month (with responsible spending on water and electricity it is not exceeded). - Cleaning of common areas 1 x week. - Wifi. - Contract.
