Third floor flat with lots of air circulation due to the construction. 2 elevators present in the building. Plenty of space, closet, and work/study area in every room. The building is in a very quiet area in Campoamor-Mercado district with maybe a 5 minute walk to the subway to UA. Nearby you will find San Fernando castle, language school, mercado central and plenty of great bars and restaurants, all within a short 10-to-15-minute walk. Recreational space at the exit of the building with woodland areas, gardens, a music conservatory, sports courts and parks. One of them, the Monte Tossal Park, combines a thematic space that reproduces the different geographies of the Valencian Community, with the possibility of playing mini-golf, skating or climbing in its climbing wall (among many other activities).
