What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone to make great use of the vacant room. They should have a positive attitude, respectful, clean and tidy. The room has a double wardrobe, bed side table, new king size bed, bed side lamp and WiFi. There is also an attic where you can store things.

Who we are: We are a professional couple (teacher and banker), quiet, go gym in the morning, clean, tidy, friendly and like to have fun. We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly to clean the property. We’re flexible and easy going and will make sure we all feel comfortable using all aspects of the shared spaces.

Transport Norbury tra****tion (Zone 3) is located only moments away and offers excellent direct routes in Central London including London Victoria, London Bridge, Peckham Rye and East Dulwich. Norbury station also provides direct links to Clapham Junction and West Croydon, East Croydon ideal for connecting journeys, including a 13 minute train ride to Gatwick. A 2-3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop will take you to Brixton, where you can dine and enjoy the many cultural places it has to offer, Streatham Common for outdoor lovers or Croydon for Box Park and the Whitgift shopping center.

Norbury offers a range of essential amenities and services, ensuring you do not have to travel far for all the everyday necessities. There is a good mix of local pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants, gyms, as well as a cinema, comedy club, nearby ice rink & bowling club. There is something for everyone. Of course, if you like your outdoor space there is Norbury Park and Streatham Common. We are 6 minutes away from three Lidl supermarkets for value conscious shoppers, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
