One double room available in our furnished two bedroom apartment as our previous flatmates are parting ways. We have lived in the apartment for the last two years with them and are looking for a likeminded flatmate(s) to take their spot!

We are a 28/29 year old couple from New Zealand, working in the fashion and advertising industries. We live a relatively quiet life throughout the week, with the odd dinner or drink out. On the weekends we enjoy socialising with friends either in the area or out on the sunny balcony!

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bathroom next to your bedroom is primarily yours, however guests may use it occasionally. The bedroom comes with a double bed with storage underneath, and a large wardrobe. There is a dishwasher and washing machine.

We have an open plan kitchen / living room with access to our own rooftop balcony that runs the length of the house. During summer it is perfect for having guests over and sees the sun all the way until it sets. Skylights are throughout the flat.

The property is on the fourth floor (top floor) of the apartment block with fob access, nice an secure with friendly neighbours.

Easy walk to loads of nice pubs, cafes and restaurants and all of the benefits Shoreditch has to offer. Columbia road flower market is about a ten minute walk as well as Boxpark being about 5. Brick Lane is only a 20 second walk away, but the street is relatively quiet.

You must be willing to give references and sign the lease as a tenant due to mortgage and insurance purposes for the landlord. We have a good relationship with them and understand them wanting to know who is living here. As you will be taking over from our previous flatmates, you will be on the lease until May 2019 with opportunity to renew at that point.

Move in date is flexible, from the 12th November to the 21st November.
