Hola compis!

Welcome to our wonderful apartment in San Juan beach. Carlos and I are looking for a nice flatmate to share our home. No matter Student or worker, just funny and interesting people :).

The flat is quite big in the shared areas: living room and balcony, and there's two bathrooms for 3 people. The room to be offered is small but confortable, with a single-bed, a desk and a closet.

It has also a Swimming-pool, a tennis court and a BBQ place :D which can be used all the year.

It is situated 10 min walking to the beach and only 1 min to the Tramway stop L4.
