3 bedroom renovated apartment - with one to rent. Less than a 5-minute walk from the Provenca station and a 10-minute walk to Diagonal and Placa Universitat. Located in a foodie district of Barcelona, the neighborhood is safe.

The rent for the apartment including utilities (Water, Electricity, Wifi) and a supplemental 50 euro's is paid each month in cash for cleaning services (included in total cost). There is a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks who does the basic cleaning of washing sheets, making the beds, vacuuming, mopping, etc.

The room includes a double bed, air conditioning, and a spacious closet. Included with the room is a semi private bathroom which will not be directly shared with the roomates (meaning you don't share the shower and vanity with the roommates but if a guest comes they can use your bathroom as it's easily accessible). The shared space includes a kitchen, a small yet spacious balcony that is connected to the living room, and a laundry room with a fully functioning washer and dryer. In the apartment, there are 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite and one of which is in the hallway and for guest use. The kitchen is stocked with high-quality knives and pans as well as a large spice rack filled with the basics and beyond. The flat was featured in Interiores magazine, number 237.

Please no couples, no work-from-home, or male inquiries. There isn’t enough space for working from home unfortunately so any hybrid workers will have to work from a cafe or a coworking space. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment (including e-cigarettes and vapes). Tours of the apartment will only be available after July 1st.

We're 2 female students from Poland and Mexico in our early/mid 20s looking for a single female roommate. I work full time and the other roommate works and studies. While my roommate is veggie, I do tend to cook and eat a decent amount of meat. We prefer to spend a quiet night in during the week and go out during the weekend. We are looking for someone who speaks at least some English.
