Single room with extra space, single bed (bigger than usual bed 1m x 2m size new and comfortable matress), There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, TV and a large desk. The room is well exposed and get sunlight during the day. There are mirrors and lamp as well, creating intimate and cosy space. WiFi fiber works well. The room comes with a little gallery and balcony shared with one person. **************** ABOUT THE FLAT: Central location in Sant Antoni 2 min away from the metro station, and close to all commodities. Very bright flat and room with a lot of features. Kitchen with lots of appliances (induction and electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, ... and a large fridge only shared with 2 people). The bathroom has a very convenient and large italian shower and is shared with 2 people as well and is maintained cleaned. There is a laundry room with washing machine, XL laundry folding rack, and an iron & board. There is no shared living area, so our new housemate will need to have that in mind as well.
