The room has a ceiling fan with different powers and a separate lock with external key and latch on the inside.

3. Full bathroom with shower and screen, and a drawer organizer / room. Includes new towels.

4. Kitchen 100% equipped with all new appliances. All the necessary kitchenware brand new: complete crockery, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc.. Separate laundry area with washer-dryer.

Requirements:

* 450€ entrance fee. * 1 month deposit. * To be clean and tidy. * Pets are not allowed. * Couples are not allowed.

We offer temporary contracts (1-11 months); with flexibility to stay as long as wanted between this period.
