Hello I’m renting my apartment in August while I am away. Dates are flexible even less than a month.

I’m looking for a tenant who will enjoy this space and everything it has to offer :)

The gem is the terrace which overlooks a vibrant plaza. Perfect for morning coffee, exercise, sun tanning, grilling on the bbq, and drinks to watch the sunset.

This is the perfect location to live in Madrid as it is not too touristy but has so many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It’s walking distance from everything.

There is a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed fit for two people.

The apartment has everything you will need from cleaning to cooking to bedding.

Please note since this is an active area it is very loud. The windows block 95% of the noise but if you prefer to sleep with windows open it will be noisy. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom.
